St Martin Yacht Charter Base General Information:

St Martin is a small island in the northeast of the Caribbean. It's territory is split between the French side "Saint Martin" and the Dutch side "Sint Maarten". The island has a rich history and like many Caribbean islands, was under dispute for centuries until 1816 when the dutch and french areas were resumed.

Lagoon Marina is located in Simpson Bay, well protected and sheltered from the prevailing trade winds.

Situated in the north east of the Caribbean, the temperatures vary little during the whole year, with temperatures between 23°C and 30°C. The season between November and April offers the most settled weather. The Trade Winds blow from the North East, offering great sailing in breezes typically between F4 - F6.
